.75' Tentacle Gauges

This was the first time I have ever created plugs, although I won't be doing them on a regular basis.

These are actually 3/4" gauge plugs. Aren't they neat? They are bright purple tentacles with pink spots and glow in the dark suckers with lime green centres. The glow in the dark is a funny colour to work with... it comes out slightly transparent and milky white-green.

Their diameter is true to 3/4", although the flare was a littttle big so the lady I made them for has to slightly weigh/stretch their ears first. But hey, I've never made these things before so I think I did alright!

Also, I thought I would mention this... most folks say that gauges cannot be made from polymer clay (for hygenic reasons) but there ARE exceptions to this rule. Polymer Clay plugs should ONLY be worn in HEALED stretched ears, and not be worn overnight. Simple as that.
