"...It started out with a few little creatures from the deep, but as the waters became more and more tainted with the remnants that a nearly extinct human population left behind, these creatures weren't so petty and small anymore - they had grown to ghastly proportions, and could no longer be ignored. Or contained."

This apoctopus is definitely not one to be ignored, that's for sure. He is nearly twice the size of the original apoctopus, no.1 and no.2. About 8 inches in diameter! His tentacles have been done in a different style. They have been sliced and flattened on some of the sides to get away from the soft look of the standard round and tapered tentacle. It kind of makes him look a little more intimidating. ;)

Although this creature looks to be made from metal, he is not - he is completely handsculpted from polymer clay with the addition of a few metal findings. This piece has been glazed with a satin finish for a slight sheen and durability.
