This is the twenty-second MechOwlie that I have created, and he has been named Horton. As you can see, he has upturned "ears" as opposed to curled under, and I think it really suits his red and brassy appearance. He looks a little devilish, doesn't he?
This particular piece was a freestyle MechOwlie, basically meaning that he wasn't created with any particular requests or details or colours in mind.
Although this creature looks to be made from metal, it is not - it is completely handsculpted from polymer clay with the addition of a few metal findings. This piece has been glazed with a satin finish for a slight sheen and durability.
