Looming Transformation - Front

This anatomically correct heart is undergoing a transformation - perhaps into a werewolf. The entire heart has the look of stretched pig skin with black stitching to hold it together. From between some of the seams is growing brown bristly hair...

The entire heart has been splattered with blood, and a chunk is missing on the right side where jagged white teeth are growing, and the coagulated blood and guts are seeping out.
