Mechanical Jellyfish by monsterkookies Mechanical Jellyfish by monsterkookies
In a world in which the aquatic creatures of the oceans have seemingly disappeared, a new specimen has emerged from the unknown depths of these deep dark waters - the mechanical jellyfish.

No longer do these creatures drift along with no brains, carried along with the currents of the water - they have all-seeing LED eyes, panelled and riveted head caps, and have a tendency to make an electrifying presence with the powerful electricity that surrounds them and radiates from their tentacles.

This lovely and wondrous specimen is created out of polymer clay and finished to look like worn steel. He has two big LED eyes (which come in red, orange, yellow, green, or blue - YOU choose!), panels, rivets, patches, and is finished with a polyurethane glaze. His tentacles are made from a vast aray of wires and chain such as black mechanics wire, stainless steel wire, hand-coiled galvanized steel wire, silver plated ballchain, and antique brass link chain.

The head of this creature is fully solid, but the tentacles are free to move, dangle, and tangle with eachother. It makes a great necklace, as the chain hangs gracefully down the collarbone. Great for any aquatic creature admirer or steampunk and sci-fi enthusiast!

I love jellyfishes. Well, not, they sting and all that (here at our beaches sometimes there are a lot, I was stung by one when I was little and it hurts a lot ___U), but I love how they look and this one is really awesome!

They're not really pretty, at least the ones that we have here. The tropical ones are really nice, though!
