My Heart Ticks - Revistedby *monsterkookies

"My Heart Ticks" was the very first design that I came up with in the Industrial Heart collection more than four years ago. It's what started it all! I wanted to show people what I thought the innards of an industrial-styled heart would look like - mechanical in nature, and full of gears. The design has been a little revamped since I last made it so long ago, but it hasn't lost it's flare!

On the front, it features a black void that gives you a glimpse of what this heart looks like inside - it's full of watch parts and gears. On the sides, there are few knobs as well as a large black coil. On the back, there are panel and rivet detailing, texturing, and a black void that houses the watch part innards of the heart.

The entire piece is antiqued with black acrylics and then finished with a satin glaze for a slight metal sheen. Please note that any watch parts on this design do not actually function - do not turn the knobs or gears.

Completely hand sculpted from polymer clay and the addition of small metal findings.
