This is one of my black anatomically correct human heart pendants made from polymer clay. This piece has been totally customized for a lady here on DA, and the "PBH" on the front stands for Poison Black Heart - her DA name.

The heart is literally oozing it's toxic green poison, and that unfriendly skull on the front is warning you... hehe.
