These are some rather realistic waffles I made last night. There is a small stack of two waffles overlapping eachother, a few realistic strawberrry slices (that I made myself) as well as some strawberry sauce and a fluffy large dollup of whipped cream.

Quite simply, I am very happy with how they came out. Next time I will add a little less red to the varnish (strawberry sauce) to make it a bit more transparent. I'm going to make it habit to include my hand holding my creations in my pictures just so you can get a sense of how big they are.

Their is a small metal loop on the top that I am going to add a jumpring to and it will be a necklace. It is for sale :D Let me know if you would like it! I can gladly do other flavours, as well!

waffles!! and they look so tasty that I want to eat them! you are a talented sculptor and the details of the strawberry just adds more points to the realism factor...

I don't think there is a tutorial for them, but it took a few tries to get right! I just kind of winged it. Haha!

Awwww, well it DEFINATELY comes with practice. If you are any good with paints, you could always just make basic red strawberry shapes and than PAINT the detail on instead of doing canes. And it looks JUST as great :D
