Vegan Cuppycake

A friend of mine came to me asking for a cupcake figurine. She wanted it for a good friend of hers, namely because she owns a Vegan Cupcake bakery!

She was looking for something that would combine ALL her friends interests - 50's culture, Punk, Old School Tattoos, and Veganism.

The cupcake liner is striped in classic 50's colours - ivory and turquoise, and the top of the liner has some very dainty white lace. The actual cupcake itself is a carrot spice cake with a purple leopard print fondant, pink drizzle, big dollup of vegan vanilla frosting, blue sprinkles, a safety pin, candy skull, an old school tattooed heart with a banner that says "Vegan" and a chain with an anchor on the end.

It took quite a few hours to accomplish, but it was worth it!

As usual, this piece is made from Polymer Clay without the use of molds. Every piece is completely hand sculpted!
