Remember the original Antique Brass Heart and Winged Antique Brass Heart? I sold a mountain of them a few years ago, and I was always asked to create it in silver.

Like many of the other hearts I have made from polymer clay, this one is also anatomically correct. But the overall design has been elongated and created in half the size, resulting in a much more dantier heart and something that looks a little more realistic. If you love my Industrial Heart collection, but are looking for something smaller and simpler, then this heart is for you.

This piece has a lovely antique silver finish, with the addition of engraved and protruding veins, as well. Corrugated metal texturing, a watch dial, and a few watch gears have been added for the Industrial touch - tiny little gears make my internal clockwork happy!

The entire piece is about 1" tall and is antiqued with black acrylics and then finished with a satin glaze for a slight metal sheen. It has a loop in the top that is attached to a keyring style jumpring and is strung on an 18" silver tone link chain with lobster clasp.

Thank-you! I was originally going to do them in silver, but gears are usually gold. I think it's a nice contrast. :)
