This custom piece was originally discussed as an Industrial Heart, but when I held the final design in my hands, it just didn't seem to fit the persona of an Industrial Heart - so this piece is all it's own. It's an anatomically correct human heart with all the components of a real heart, and is made from polymer clay.

This particuar piece has been dusted with pearl mica powders as well as lovely touches of lavender and teal mica as well. In the front are two stones, one of which is a real purple amethyst. The heart is winged, as well... the wings were picked out by the customer to add to the heart. They are brass and glittery, but the pictures do not do them justice...

There is no "panels" per se, but there are subtle gold swirls, gold stitching, and victorian inspired textures throughout the design. There are even a few music notes in the back.

It isn't my style, of course. But I think it's nice if you're into the cutesy.
